Empty Your Mind
One can never be reminded enough...

Michael Moore Again
I usually like to leave politics out of my blog because I want to write about things that lift our spirits and politics these days really just brings us down. But I know that we can't just throw our hands up in hopelessness--we must get up and fight. For that reason I make an exception and bring you Michael Moore, one of the biggest fighers I know and one I admire so much! This is the latest substack post that appeared in my inbox a few days ago and I always find him so right on...
And even though it is all over the news, I include here a copy of Fani Willis' indictment of Trump et al for those who may have missed it and want to read through the whole thing...
Exotic Tartar
This looked so delicious and so summery that I had to post it. It is exactly the way I like to eat and it's perfect now for our stay in Costa Rica. (courtesy @_sunchef)
